Soap & Glory are just the best brand for body and bath products, there's not been one I've not liked. One thing I was lacking in my shower basket was a body scrub for those tired Monday mornings. I picked up the Pulp Friction Body Scrub in Boots the other week and I've fallen in love!

To start with, it actually has quite an odd smell. It starts of really lovely and fruity, but ends up smelly like mens aftershave. I don't actually mind this, but I know some people hate it! The scrub itself is a bit runny, bit it's helped by all the little scrubby particles so it doesn't end up going everywhere like you think it would.

I use this in the shower, on a shower puff which I then rub and circle all over my body. One big squeeze is enough to go around usually, unless I'm really really gross and I'll probably attack myself twice! It lathers or 'foams' really well so it's almost a two-in-one scrub and shower gel.

I usually also use a shower gel afterwards to make sure none of the little particles are left on me and then step out of the shower to find my skin soft and exfoliated. If you can stand (or even like) the aftershave-y smell then get this, it's brilliant!
